We recruit the following types of graduates:

  • electrical engineering
  • mechatronics graduates who have completed power system papers
  • mechanical engineering
  • civil engineering

During our two-year programme, based in our Head Office Waikoukou in Wellington, you'll rotate through various areas of the business. You'll gain a broad knowledge of what we do, how we work, and who we work with. By working in different areas in the business you’ll get the chance to explore how you wish to shape your future with us.
